Par-Kan Company Completes Acquisition of MWC Enterprises, Inc.

Silver Lake, Indiana/Atkinson, Nebraska, January 2, 2018 - Par-Kan Company, LLC, is pleased to announce its acquisition of the assets of MWC Enterprises, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of refuse handling equipment. Since 1992, MWC has produced side-load, rear-load, and front-load containers, as well as roll-off and specialty containers for the Nebraska and surrounding markets. Throughout its history, MWC has focused on providing quality products and a high level of customer service. Ted Olson, President of MWC, said, “I am confident that the folks at Par-Kan will carry on our long-established tradition of meeting our customers’ needs and manufacturing with the highest of standards.” 

MWC will be a great complement to what Par-Kan is already offering to the refuse market. “This acquisition is an important step in our strategy to extend our geographic reach as well as adding roll-off manufacturing to our product offerings,” said Jim Davis, VP & Integrator, Par-Kan. “Par-Kan will bring its world class manufacturing expertise along with engineering and financial resources to build upon MWC’s great reputation for offering quality products.
